These terms explain how you may use the LADLAB website, member catalogue and community. Please read them before entering.

1. Adults only

You must be 18 years old or over to access LADLAB. By confirming your age at entry, you declare that you meet this requirement. Do not enter if you are under 18.

2. Your membership

The catalogue and community discussions are for registered members. Sign-in currently uses ChatGPT; you then choose a LADLAB display name. Keep your sign-in details secure and use your own account. Your email address is not displayed in community profiles or posts. Membership does not create a medical or prescribing relationship.

3. Information on this website

The catalogue provides information and packaging illustrations. Listed specifications are not independent verification of product identity, quality or suitability. Illustrations may differ from actual packaging. Registered members can submit research-product enquiries. These generate an invoice, including a £3 delivery charge and a PayPal payment link. Medicine information requests are not invoiced. Stock availability and dispatch are confirmed separately; the form does not reserve stock or provide prescriptions.

Research-labelled items are for laboratory research only and are not intended for human or animal consumption. Medicine information is not a recommendation, diagnosis, treatment plan or instruction to use a product. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional about medical decisions.

4. Respect the community

Be kind and respect other members. Do not post harassment, hate, threats, spam, explicit sexual material or other people’s private information. Do not sell, source, swap or arrange supplies of medicines, peptides or controlled substances through the community. Share personal experiences without giving individual dosing instructions or telling someone to change treatment.

Choose a display name you are comfortable sharing. Posts, replies and your optional bio are visible to registered members. Avoid sharing medical records, addresses, phone numbers or sensitive identifying details. Do not reproduce another member’s story outside LADLAB without their permission.

5. Your posts and moderation

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you allow LADLAB to store and display that content to members and to review it for moderation. Only share material you have permission to use.

Use Report to flag a concern. Moderators may hide content or suspend posting access where these rules are breached. Reports are visible to moderators and are not displayed to other members. Removing a post hides it from the community; it is not immediately purged from server records. Content may be retained to address reports and abuse.

This community provides peer support and is not continuously monitored or an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

6. Privacy and browser storage

We use your site-specific sign-in identity to link your member profile and activity. Profiles, posts, replies, reactions and reports are stored on the community server. The owner’s authenticated email is used to grant moderator access. LADLAB does not store a separate account password in this version.

An essential browser cookie remembers your age declaration and acceptance of this version of the terms for 30 days. It is not used for advertising. Clearing your cookies means you will be asked again. Hosting and ChatGPT sign-in are also subject to their providers’ privacy policies. If you submit a product enquiry, we store your selected research products, quantities, reference prices, medicine information topics, full name, email address, phone number, postal address and optional message so the site owner can review and respond. These details are private to the owner and are not published to other members. Medicine topics are requests for information only, with no quantities or prices attached. Research invoices contain the selected research products, their quantities and prices, £3 delivery, the total and your reference. When invoice email delivery is connected, invoice details are sent through the email provider to the address you enter. Medicine information topics are excluded from invoice emails. PayPal processes payments on its own website. Opening the payment link does not mark an invoice as paid; payment is checked separately. The enquiry itself does not request a prescription or make a payment.

7. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep LADLAB available and information accurate. If you notice an error or concern, raise it through the community reporting tools where applicable. We may need to interrupt access for maintenance, security or technical problems. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights or excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

We will publish updates on this page with a new version date. A new version will require you to confirm acceptance again before entering. Please review the updated terms before deciding whether to continue using LADLAB.
